La Table de Déodat: the estate's gastronomic experience opens its doors

Since 8 May, the Domaine de Dolomieu has reached a new milestone with the opening of La Table de Déodat, its gastronomic restaurant set in the heart of the Château's rooms, overlooking the park.

Regional cuisine by Mayeul Enguerrand Robin

An exceptional setting for cuisine to match: here, lunch and dinner become a fully-fledged experience, where the historic 17th-century château naturally complements a refined, precise cuisine deeply rooted in the Isère region.

At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Mayeul Enguerrand Robin makes La Table de Déodat a reflection of an Isère he knows and nurtures. His approach is simple: carefully selected local producers, seasons respected, produce crafted without artifice. His tasting menus unfold a coherent culinary vision, where each dish speaks to the last with precision and clear intent.

Clean, considered cuisine that needs nothing more than what it is.
