On the first floor of the château at the Domaine de Dolomieu in Isère, a bar with a chic and cosy atmosphere welcomes lovers of fine wines and the French art de vivre.

Contemporary décor, carefully selected materials and soft lighting combine to create a refined setting where drinks can be savoured at a leisurely pace.

Open during the same hours as La Table de Déodat fine-dining restaurant, Bar Elisabeth is the perfect place to relax before or after your meal.

A contemporary lounge nestled within a historic mansion, Bar Elisabeth combines simplicity, comfort and character.

In an intimate setting, you can enjoy the comfort of a soft armchair, the hushed murmur of conversation, the proximity to the estate’s remarkable wine cellar – housed in the former chapel – and the sommelier’s expertise. He carefully selects the wines that make up the cellar, which is curated like a veritable treasure trove, showcasing the region’s wine-growing heritage and the great French terroirs or lesser-known winemakers, in a spirit of discovery and authenticity.

At Bar Elisabeth, hot and cold drinks are complemented by a fine selection of wines and spirits. Or make yourself at home in the living room, with its open fire, bookcases, large yellow sofa and piano available for anyone to play… everything comes together to create a living space that is unpretentious yet full of character.

The bar is the perfect place to enjoy a sophisticated pre-dinner drink before the gourmet restaurant opens, or to savour a nightcap after dinner. The atmosphere of the château provides the perfect setting where time seems to slow down pleasantly, conversations linger, and the evening unfolds with grace and elegance.

Bar at the Brasserie Le 205

The Brasserie Le 205, located in the Aux Cyprès building, also has a bar open all day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with service available both indoors and out on the terrace in fine weather. Warm and inviting, this is the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon drink or pre-dinner drinks al fresco.
